Gin-tastic Bonne Maman Cocktails

This Easter holiday treat your friends and family to a bright and breezy boozy brunch! Show off your cocktail making skills with this super easy ‘Breakfast Martini’ created by our friends at The Craft Gin Club. By adding lusciously juicy new Bonne Maman Sweet Orange Marmalade, this is an exciting way to mix up your mixology!

Breakfast Martini

  • 50ml gin
  • 15ml triple sec
  • 15ml lemon juice
  • Heaped bar spoon of Bonne Maman Sweet Orange Marmalade
  • Orange peel, to garnish

  • Fill a cocktail shaker with ice and add all of your ingredients. Shake for 20 seconds, then strain into a martini glass.

Taking taste buds on an evocative journey through the spectrum of orange flavours, the trio of marmalades starts with the intensely flavoured, fine shred Bitter Orange, progresses through to aromatic and vibrant Tangy Mandarin and on to new luxuriously juicy Sweet Orange. Using only the finest natural ingredients, Bonne Maman marmalades make the perfect spread for a special weekend brunch on Pain Perdu, croissants and brioche, and of course shaken, not stirred into your favourite cocktail!

Marmalade G&T

  • 50ml gin
  • Heaped bar spoon of Bonne Maman Tangy Mandarin Marmalade
  • Tonic Water
  • Wedge of orange or orange peel, to garnish

  • Fill a cocktail shaker with ice and add the gin and marmalade. Shake hard for 20 seconds, then strain into a glass filled with ice. Top up with tonic water and enjoy.

April in Paris

  • 50ml gin
  • 25ml elderflower cordial or liqueur
  • Squeeze of lemon juice
  • Heaped bar spoon of Bonne Maman Bitter Orange Marmalade
  • Club soda, to top up
  • Orange peel, to garnish

  • Fill a cocktail shaker with ice and add gin, elderflower cordial or liqueur, lemon juice and marmalade. Shake for 20 seconds and strain into a coupe. Top up with club soda, garnish and serve.
