Afternoon tea is a great British tradition that began in the 1840's, so why not treat yourself over the week-long celebration and enjoy your very own afternoon tea platter with friends and family. We have collated a selection of our delicious recipes for you to indulge in.

Quick Fruit Scones

It's the perfect time to have a go at baking our Quick Fruit Scones topped with a layer of clotted cream and a generous dollop of one of our fruity Conserves - whichever your favourite flavour! These scones are best served fresh out of the oven with a cup of tea.

Lemon & Pistachio Cake

Our Lemon & Pistachio Celebration Cake is a delicious addition to your afternoon tea selection. A light, fluffy sponge layered with our fruity Conserves - we chose Raspberry and Wild Blueberry - plus cream, then topped with fresh fruits, herbs and crumbled pistachios - bursting with flavour and great served with a glass of fizz!

Lemon & Raspberry Shortbread Bites

Shortbread biscuits topped with crème fraîche, our buttery Lemon Curd and fresh raspberries - a mini mouthful of deliciousness. An easy, wholly scrumptious recipe, but for an extra speedy afternoon tea treat, use shop-bought mini shortbread rounds.

Chocolate Hazelnut Crumblies

Make these irresistible Chocolate Hazelnut Crumblies... Golden oat cookies sandwiched together with our luscious Hazelnut Chocolate Spread. They are perfect dunked in a cup of tea, as after all, dunking is also a great British tradition!

New Strawberry & Crème Chantilly

As pretty as a picture and absolutely no baking required - our new Strawberry & Crème Chantilly will make an indulgent addition to the tea table. An elegant little glass pot of fruity Strawberry Compote topped with our signature Chantilly cream - this delicious dessert epitomises the British summer.
