Apricot, orange & carrot shake

  • 200g Bonne Maman Apricot Compote
  • 75g fat-free, thick-set natural yoghurt
  • 100g cooked carrots
  • 150ml fresh orange and mango juice
  • 1-2 cardamom seeds (optional)

Berry cherry shake

  • 75g Bonne Maman Cherry Compote
  • 75g raspberries
  • 1 ripe small banana
  • 100g fat-free, thick-set natural yoghurt
  • 200ml milk (whatever your preference)

Method

  1. Whizz up all the ingredients in a blender or mixer until smooth. Add a little milk if you prefer a thinner consistency.
