Preheat oven to 180 Fan
Spread the chutney evenly over the puff pastry sheet.
Sprinkle the cheese evenly over the chutney covering the whole sheet
Fold the shortest end in to the middle and do the same with the other end
Fold again from the shortest ends to the middle again and fold in half.
You will now have a long rectangular roll. Chill in the fridge for 20 mins and then cut 15mm - 20mm slices with a very sharp knife and place on the prepared baking sheets well-spaced apart allowing space for them to expand.
Brush lightly with an egg or milk wash and bake for approximately 20 minutes until golden and caramelised
Sprinkle with the reserved parmesan when hot.
Serve warm with your favourite tipple.
