Bonne Maman All-Butter Madeleines and / or Lemon Madeleines
Make up a thin glace icing by mixing 50g icing sugar with 1 – 2 tsp water. Add a drop of pink food colouring. Spoon over the tips of Bonne Maman Madeleines and add ready-made sugar flowers and leaves or pastel-coloured sprinkles.
Melt a little white chocolate in the microwave. Drizzle over the tops of Bonne Maman Madeleines and sprinkle with small white chocolate chunks.
Dip the tips of Bonne Maman Madeleines into glace icing or melted chocolate and sprinkle with toasted flaked almonds. Dust with icing sugar.
Bonne Maman Madeleines with Milk Chocolate
Top some Bonne Maman Milk Chocolate Madeleines with a Bannoffi mix of extra thick cream, sliced bananas, toffee sauce and some white chocolate shreds.
Press a spoonful of sweetened cream cheese onto the Madeleines and add a few fresh raspberries and white chocolate curls. Dust lightly with icing sugar.
The prettiest cakes can be made in minutes by adding clotted cream and mini sugar-coated chocolate eggs onto the Madeleine. Add extra chopped chocolate and a dusting of icing sugar.
Bonne Maman Petites Madeleines
For a mini mouthful, spoon a little whipped cream onto some Bonne Maman Petites Madeleines and add plenty of chopped chocolate. Simple and adorable!
